Much like a mink or a marten, we are northern scavengers who scour for inspiration and creative consciousness. To survive we stock pile urban beats, funky melodies and inspirational lyrics to songs that express the contrasts of our environment. Indigenous to Vancouver, B.C. we often find ourselves surrounded by the bliss of the mountains while submersed in the destitution of our city streets. We are a creative undertaking featuring the multi-instrumental stylings of Andrew Clements and DJ Redworm (Michael Fraser). It's vintage guitars, turntables, 80's synth and jazz violin combined to hold down any room big or small. We are Fur Bearing Animals.
